There is this great free app called PumpUp that you can also use!
It lets you create your own exercises the way that you want them. You just tell it what you want to work on (Core, Legs, Arms, Everything, etc.) and what you have around you. So, if you’re at the gym, obviously you have many resources to use during exercise, but if you’re at home you may not, so the app will give you exercises according to what you have!
It also has a Facebook-like page where you can track and share your progress if you want to.
You can also buy a membership if you want. Memberships will give you encouragements and voice commands so that you don’t have to look at the app to follow along with the routine. They’re also currently developing long-term planning to keep you on track and rep counting.
It’s a very cool app!
hmm, this could be useful sine my summer job fell through becausee someone forgot to take my name off list A and put it on list B… and i didn’t get a second interview for ___ county… I’m about done with this summer and fighting to get a job in education - it’s all going down the drain anyway…i need a new career!
